Weblabor Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

The person responsible for processing your personal data is Carlos Eli Escobar Ruiz, an individual, operating under the trade name WebLabor ("Weblabor"), RFC EORC9302022E9, with an address at Calle 19 #135 corner of 32, Colonia Chuburná de Hidalgo, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.

This notice applies to data we receive from weblabor.mx and from its campaign pages (for example, mkt.weblabor.mx), from the forms and questionnaires we offer there, and from Weblabor's WhatsApp and contact email. Weblabor products that have their own privacy notice, such as Control Total or Sync Pro, are governed by theirs.

2. What data do we collect

  • If you contact us through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), the product or service you are interested in, your message and the language of the page.
  • If you write to us on WhatsApp: your number, your profile name and the content of the conversation.
  • If you use "Work with us" (internships, stays, social service or job board): name, email, phone, country, city, date of birth, type of application or position, your resume (file up to 2 MB) and the description you write.
  • If you respond to a campaign page questionnaire: the name you write and your answers.
  • Navigation technical data: the pages you visit and your browser data, through the technologies explained in section 8.

We don't ask for sensitive personal data (for example, health, religion, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, beliefs or biometric data). We ask you not to include them in your messages, descriptions or resume.

3. What we use your data for

Necessary purposes (without them we cannot assist you):

  • Reply to your messages and follow up with you.
  • Prepare and send you proposals or quotations for our products and services.
  • Evaluate your application, if you use "Work with us", and contact you about it.
  • Protect the site security and prevent automated messages or spam.

Additional purposes (you can object to them, and that won't affect us providing you with the previous services):

  • Send you promotions, newsletters and information about our products and services, by email or WhatsApp.
  • Measure which pages and campaigns are working, to improve the site and our advertising.
  • Keep your "Work with us" application to consider you in future searches.

How to stop receiving promotions. Each promotional email includes an unsubscribe option that works without any additional steps. If we contact you via WhatsApp, simply reply that you don't want to receive any more messages and we'll remove you from the list. You can also request it at any time by writing to ventas@weblabor.mx. Unsubscribing does not affect our ability to serve you for necessary purposes.

4. Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. Our Weblabor team receives it at the company's institutional email, and we store it with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, file storage, and email providers. These providers only process it on behalf of Weblabor.

Additionally, we share data with third parties in these cases:

  • Google, for the reCAPTCHA service that verifies the person submitting a form is human. Google receives technical data from your browser and is governed by their Privacy Policy.
  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp), when you write to us via WhatsApp or when we use the Meta Pixel explained in section 8. Meta is governed by its own policies.

Some of these services operate outside Mexico, so your data may be processed in other countries. Outside of these cases, we will only share your data if the law requires it or a competent authority orders it.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data and know how we use it; to rectify it if it is incorrect; to delete it, that is, to request that we remove it; and to object to us using it for certain purposes. These are the ARCO rights. You can also revoke the consent you gave us and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise them, write to ventas@weblabor.mx with:

  • your name and a way to respond to you;
  • a document that certifies your identity or that of your representative;
  • a clear description of the data and of the right you wish to exercise;
  • any information that helps us find your information.

We will respond to you and, where applicable, do what you ask, within the timeframes set by law. If you ask us to delete your data, we will delete it from our records, except for what the law requires us to keep.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Contact information (form, WhatsApp and questionnaires): we retain this until five years after the last time we spoke with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
  • Curriculums and "Work with us" applications: are kept for two years from when you submitted them, to consider you for future searches, or until you ask us to delete them or tell us you already have a job, whichever comes first.
  • If you become our client, tax and contractual information is kept for as long as the law requires.

After those deadlines, we delete your data.

7. Minors

Work with us can receive applications from people under 18 years old. If you are under legal age, we will request consent from your mother, father, or guardian before considering your application. If we receive data from a minor without that authorization, we will delete it when we find out.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

On our campaign pages and also on the weblabor.mx site, we use the Meta Pixel. It is a technology that stores cookies in your browser (for example, _fbp and _fbc) and sends Meta information such as the pages you visit and how you arrived. We use it to measure the performance of our ads and to show you more relevant advertising. We may also use site analytics tools.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and manage ads in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. When the site displays a cookie notice, you can accept or reject them there.

The contact form uses Google's reCAPTCHA, which applies its own policies.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its "Last updated" date. If the change significantly affects how we use your data, we will also notify you at the email you provided to us.

10. Authority

If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you can go to the Anticorruption and Good Government Secretariat, the competent authority in Mexico.
